The fourth edition of the Open Collections project reports on the growing trend of digitisation of collections and the obstacles that hinder institutions. The project has two significant innovations – it has received the patronage of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and is now implemented by Wikimedia Czech Republic.
