An „Asian“ editathon will take place at the Department of Asian Studies in Olomouc

Students of the Department of Asian Studies at Palacký University in Olomouc have been involved in writing Wikipedia since their first year. This year, under the guidance of lecturer Pavel Bednarik, students will also participate in the Asian Month on Wikipedia. On Tuesday, 28 November, from 6:00 p.m., an editathon on Asian topics on Wikipedia will take place, organized by Wikimedia ČR. The editathon will take place in the FF UP building on Tř. Svobody 26 (classrooms 2.39 and 2.40, first floor). Pedagogical guidance is guaranteed by doc. Ondřej Kučera and hosting professor Francis Bond from the department. Admission is open not only to students, but also to all interested members of the general public.
