The For Monuments Conference, which has been organised for many years by NGO Pro Monuments, o.p.s., is now a major event in the field of architecture. This year, cooperation has been arranged for the conference, which consists of an information stand of Wikimedia ČR at the event. The main lecturer of Wikimedia ČR, Pavel Bednařík, will inform about the activities carried out by WMCR in the field of architecture and monuments (e.g. the micro-competition Endangered Monuments or the challenge Describe a Monument) and will be ready to consult on possible contributions to Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects. This cooperation will be followed up by other forms of cooperation that have been agreed upon during 2024. The conference takes place at the newly renovated Automatic Mills in Pardubice on 14-15 November (Wikimedia CR’s booth will be at the event on Thursday 14 November from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
