The Seniors’ WikiTown is the traditional educational highlight of the “Seniors Write Wikipedia” program and a reward for the graduates of the courses. This year, we headed to Bečov nad Teplou. A wide range of photographs was created, capturing local landmarks, the botanical garden, and unique plants. All are now available under a free license and can serve as illustrations on Wikipedia.
How does a town become a WikiTown, and a senior one at that? Or, seniors wrote Wikipedia in Bečov nad Teplou.
